YWCA EGM and AGM

YWCA would like to give notice to Members of the rescheduled YWCA EGM and AGM. The meeting will be held:

Date: Wednesday 24th February 2010
Time: 7.00pm for 7.30pm start
Venue: Bradford & Bingley Cricket Centre, Headingley

The EGM will include a vote on the proposed resolution, which if passed, would see the dissolution of the Yorkshire Women’s Cricket Association (YWCA). For information on the proposed resolution see news and also available is the EGM Agenda.

The YWCA AGM covering the 2009 season will then follow. See News for the AGM Agenda.

YWCA Members who are entitled to vote include the Women & Girls District Associations and YCB Affiliated Clubs with Women’s Sections – for further guidelines on the regulations for YWCA meetings please see the YWCA Constitution
